Antarctica and the desert landscapes of the United Arab Emirates.

Both regions, radically different in their appearance but deeply related in their reduction, opened up new contemplative spaces of experience for the artist. In the midst of these elemental topographies, she encountered a quality of silence in which time, matter, and spirit are rearranged. The resulting new series of works, Objects of Essence, does not reflect this experience in a representational way, but embodies it in form and substance. The works negotiates the polarities of cold and heat, light and emptiness. This series of works understands the primordial not as a reference, but as a living substance; it renegotiates permanence, change, and cultural continuity.

There, in the endless space of the Empty Quarter, she found not a desert, but a presence. Vast, silent, complete. One day she was overcomed there by a crystal-clear impulse: Creation itself wants to be celebrated. Through reduction. Through devotion. Through the elevation of the seemingly simple to something sacred. The THE ESSENCE was born. Not as a concept, but as a truth that lives on through each of her works. Now she will return to the UAE to live there.
